VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br />Kelley asked Gappa for a status report on the road projects. <br />Gappa said that progress is good on Ferndale Road and the project is on schedule. On County <br />Road 15, they are cutting back to where the finald road edge will be on the north side. <br />Kelley asked about the road in Saga Hill. <br />Jabbour said the City has a purchase agreement. The City is waiting to fiM its part of the <br />purchase agreement which is vacating the easement in the alley. <br />Page 15 <br />
