Gronberg <br /> of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc., subject to the following conditions: � <br /> 1. Applicant shall retain residence structure and accessory <br /> structure on Lot 2. The existing septic. system that serves <br /> residence shall be abandoned at the time of shared drive <br /> construction. Applicant shall install a conforming septic system <br /> on Lot 2 within 6 months of the date the Certificate of Occupancy <br /> is issued for new residence on Lot l. � <br /> 2. Applicant shall be allowed to use the existing driveway that <br /> serves residence on Lot 2 during the construction of the new <br /> residence on Lot l. Upon the issuance of a temporary Certificate <br /> of Occupancy for new residence on Lot l, applicant shal 1 have 10 <br /> days to install shared drive within Outlot A and abandon existing <br /> • septic system. Applicant is further asked to install shared <br /> drive as close to the western boundaries of Outlot A in order to <br /> minimize impact of shared drive upon existing residential <br /> development along east lot line.
