O <br /> �4 - CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> ti <br /> ��� ��'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �kESH.�4 NO. 312 3 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or more of the <br /> findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves <br /> the preliminary plat application of Joan F. Sweetser for the property <br /> located at 845 Old Long Lake Road per survey dated April 22, 1992 by Mark <br /> S. Gronberg of Coffin & Gronberg, Inc. , subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Access to Lot 2 shall be limited to the wide dry contiguous <br /> corridor at the east lot line. Applicant must apply for a <br /> driveway permit from the Public Works Director at the time of <br /> application for building permit. <br /> 2. Former guest house structure on Lot 1 can never be used for <br /> residential habitation as lot only contains 2.6 acres of area. <br /> Structure shall be retained for accessory use only. <br /> 3. Prior to final plat approval the well pit and septic system that <br /> • served the former guest house must be appropriately abandoned and <br /> inspected by the City inspection staff. <br /> FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br /> The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br /> Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on <br /> the second and fourth Mondays of the month: � <br /> 1. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one <br /> (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br /> A. � Lot lines platted per preliminary survey. <br /> B. Designation of� drainage easements over designated wetlands <br /> within Lot 2 and to confirm location of wetlands at <br /> specified elevations. <br /> C. Dedication of 33 ' of right-of-way for Old Long Lake Road. <br /> D. Dedication of drainage and utility easements 10' wide along <br /> all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of internal <br /> property lines except omit at designated wetland areas. <br /> E. Naming of plat. <br /> • Page 2 of 4 <br />
