Lot Width: The property has a defined lot width(distance between lot lines at the lakeshore setback) of 0. The zoning district requires 200 feet of width. Side Setback: The house would be five to 13 feet from the side lot line. The zoning district requires a 30 foot setback. Lake Setback: The house would be 12 to 50 feet from the lake when the shoreland regulations require a 75 foot setback from the lake. Floodplain Setback. The house would be three to 30 feet from the floodplain. The floodplain regulations require a 15 foot setback.
