Applicant and future owners are placed on notice that. <br /> � the property is considered a through lot. If accessory <br /> structures are planned in the future, it will require <br /> conditional use permit approvals and the property is <br /> subject to lot coverage controls. - <br /> � 2. Upon application for a building permit, applicant must <br /> provide the following: <br /> A. Payment of $2,181.39. <br /> B. Applicant to provide an updated survey confirming . <br /> location of residence structure as finally <br /> approved by the Council. <br /> C. Curb cut onto Prospect Avenue to be approved by <br /> Public Works Director. <br /> • 3. Applicant to apply for the legal combination of parcel <br /> PID# 10-117-23 31 0013 and 10-117-23 31 0014 within ten <br /> days of this variance approval (September 24, 1992). <br /> 4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br /> ' property not with the applicant, but are permissive <br /> � only and must be exercised by application for a <br /> building permit within one year of the date of Council <br /> approval, or this variance will expire on that date <br /> (September 14, 1993 ). . <br /> 5. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms <br /> . and conditions of this variance shall constitute a <br /> violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be <br /> punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 6. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and <br /> hereby agrees to the terms of this resolution and on <br /> behalf of himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, <br /> hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in <br /> the chain of title of the property. <br /> .
