It is our understanding that there may be an <br /> application fee of a yet to be determined amount and there may be other attachments <br /> required as the application moves through the approval process. <br /> � SCOPE OF THE APPLICATION <br /> This is a request for consideration and authorization to make the following additions and <br /> improvements to the site and existing building. <br /> 1.
