CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 3015 <br />6. Each lot meets the standards of the existing RR -1B zoning <br />district. <br />Required Improvements <br />Owner of property shall construct an access road with temporary <br />cul-de-sac at east border. Such road shall meet all required <br />standards for a public road at 9 ton capacity. Owner and applicant <br />shall be responsible for extension of sewer and water to both <br />properties. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon either one or <br />more of the above findings, the City Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the preliminary plat for the City of Orono at 700 Old <br />Crystal Bay Road North per the survey dated July 26, 1991, revised <br />• August 29, 1991, by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc., <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Owner to dedicate Outlot A as a public road to the east lot <br />line. A temporary cul-de-sac to be installed at the east <br />end per approved plans. Owner shall grant temporary access <br />and utility easements over portions of temporary cul-de-sac <br />not located within 60' road outlot. <br />2. Owner to grant flowage and conservation easement over <br />wetlands designated at 1017.7 elevation. <br />3. Outlot A Willow Properties Addition shall be redesignated as <br />a public road. The City of Orono to maintain once <br />construction is completed and approved by the City. <br />4. Access to Lot 1, Block 1 shall be provided from Outlot A. <br />This property shall be limited to one other additional curb <br />cut along Old Crystal Bay Road based on length of frontage <br />adjacent to roadway. Lot 1, Block 2 shall achieve access <br />only from Outlot A, the future public roadway. No direct <br />access onto U.S. Highway 12 shall be allowed. <br />5. Notice to applicant and owner that any alterations of the <br />existing wetlands designated at the 1017.7 elevation or <br />within 26' of that wetland shall require a separate <br />• conditional use permit and variance application with the <br />City. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
