Waade on May 25, 1990 filed a formal <br /> subdivision application with the City for approval of a 4 lot <br /> residential plat of property legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Tonkaview Gardens, Lots 1 through 9 inclusive now <br /> vacated also includes adjacent vacated street and alleys, <br /> Block 4, Forest Lake Park; Lots 2, 3 and 4, Tonkaview <br /> Gardens; Lots 2 through 10 inclusive now vacated also <br /> including adjacent vacated streets and alleys, Block 3 , <br /> Forest Lake Park; Lots l, 2 and 6 through 12 inclusive now <br /> vacated also including adjacent streets and alleys, Block 5, <br /> Forest Lake Park; Hennepin County, Minnesota, (hereinafter <br /> f "the property") and; �' <br /> • WH$REAS, after due published and mailed notice in <br /> accordance with Minnesota Statues 462.358 et. seq. and the City <br /> of Orono Zoning and Platting Codes, the Orono Planning Commission <br /> held public hearings on June 18, 1990 and July 16, 1990 at which <br /> times all persons desiring to be heard concerning this <br /> application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> ` WHER$AS, at their regular meeting held on August 13, <br /> 1990 the Orono City Council considered the subdivision <br /> application of Robert L. Waade, noting the following findings of <br /> fact: <br /> 1. The property is located within the LR-1B Single Family <br /> Lakeshore Residential Zoning District requiring a minimum of <br /> 1 acre of land within each newly created lot. <br /> 2. Section 10.55, Subdivision 15 (A)2 will allow credit of , <br /> lands within protected areas if both municipal sewer and <br /> � legal access is available to-that site and as long as there <br /> is � acre of dry contiguous land provided. The four lots <br /> consist of the fol lowing dry contiguous lot areas: <br /> Lot 1 = 1.45 acres <br /> Lot 2 = .1.04 acres <br /> Lot 3 = . 96 acres <br /> • Lot 4 = . 95 acres <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
