Knabb of Ron Krueger & Associates, Inc. revised date <br /> 6/4/90. . <br /> b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' <br /> wide along all perimeter property lines and 5' each <br /> side of internal property lines. , <br /> c) Designation and dedication of a drainage easement <br /> • within Lot 2 as shown on the plat drawings. Drainage <br /> easement to be shown 5' either side of drainage ditch. <br /> d) Designation and dedication of right-of-way of Casco <br /> Point Road. <br /> _ e) Name plat. <br /> B. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br /> a) Tit1e opinion addressed to the City. A11 owners, <br /> mortgage holders or others with property interest <br /> indicated therein shall sign the plat and .all other <br /> documents affected by such interest. <br /> b) The subdivider must provide certified copies of a11 <br /> recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br /> c) Signed and executed restrictive covenant prohibiting <br /> riparian use of lake by Lot 2 via Lot l.
