� <br /> ... . w ,. � . <br /> � � o� ORON - <br /> C t� O <br /> • � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> . � NO. 2 815 <br /> � - � • <br /> NOW, THEREFOR$ B$ IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or <br /> mare of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the preliminary plat for Constance M. Scott <br /> that proposes a 2 1ot Class III subdivision per the survey <br /> undated by Theodore D. Remna of Schoell & Madsen Inc., subject to <br /> the following conditions: <br /> l. The future owner of Lot 1 must apply for a driveway <br /> permit from the Public Works Department upan application for <br /> a building permit. <br /> 2. The plat was filed prior to the May lst deadline for new <br /> park dedication f ee schedule, subdivider need only make <br /> payment of $200.00 for proposed Lot l. ,. <br /> FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br /> The following list of final submittals must be submitted to <br /> the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly <br /> scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br /> • month: <br /> A. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies <br /> and one (1) capy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br /> a ) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by <br /> Theodore D. Kemna of Schoell & Madsen Inc. undated <br /> (preliminary plans used for public hearing review on <br /> May 21, 1990 ) . <br /> b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 5' <br /> each side of the internal property lines. <br /> c) Name p1at. <br /> B. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br /> a) Tit1e opinion addressed to the City. A11 owners, <br /> mortgage holders or others with property interest <br /> indicated therein sha11 sign the plat and a11 other <br /> documents affected by such interest. <br /> b) The subdivider must provide certified copies of all <br /> recorded� easements currently affecting the property. <br /> . �.. - Page 2 of 3 <br /> • <br /> ' J <br />
