The old house was <br /> removed earlier this year or last year. <br /> The City wetland map shows a wetland in the southeast corner of the site (where <br /> Gronberg's contours disappear� The wetland delineation found no wetland. John <br /> Smyth has a copy of the delineation. I haven't received the notice of acceptance from <br /> the MCWD yet, but because of your winter break I thought it best to give you the plan <br /> to review at this time. <br /> This branch of Ferndale is a private road. Because of changes made when the code <br /> was re-codified it is unclear if we have the authority to regulate driveways onto private <br /> roads. <br />
