I started the zoning review but find no wetland <br /> delineation in the file or with your application. Our maps indicate there is a wetland in the <br /> southeast corner of this property and on adjacent property near the northerly boundary of <br /> this property. Please provide a copy of the delineation and the MCWD acceptance. If a <br /> delineation found there was no wetland, I still need a copy of the report and the MCWD <br /> acceptance. <br /> I would guess you are anxious to get the house started before the ground freezes. However <br /> the wetland in the southeast corner of the property requires a 50' foot impervious surface <br /> setback. Because it is possible that the location of the house will change I stopped my <br /> review.
