The driveway as depicted (26ft) exceeds the City maximum width of 20ft. <br /> 2. The plan depicts several retaining walBs at 4 ft. Walls 4' or greater in height must be designed by a licensed <br /> professional, and plans must be submitted to the City for review prior to the approval of the permit.Tiered walls <br /> are considered one wall unless they are separated by at least twice the height of the higher wall are considered <br /> one wall. <br /> 3. Perimeter erosion control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to any <br /> work.
