Dunkley pointed out the only square footage being added to the house is over the garage and <br />that it was suggested at the Planning Commission meeting by Mr. Vogstrom that he could perhaps lower <br />the center peak to the height of the garage. Dunkley commented she did not think it was possible to lower <br />it to that height but the Planning Commission elected to go with the 28711 ". <br />White inquired about the height requirement forithe cave that was mentioned by Mr. Vogstrom. <br />Turner stated there is a building requirement foriclearance of a stairway.
