' APPROVE /AMEND <br />Items 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 were added to the <br />Consent Agenda. <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />the following members present: Mayor Barbara <br />nphy, Jim White, and Lili McMillan.
