Sansevere stated the only issue outstanding appea s to be the easement. White stated the applicants' sensitivity to the City "s desire to have the design fix the neighborhood should be recognized. White moved, Sansevere seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5436, a Resolution granting variances for the property located at 3251 Casco Circle, with the condition that the City be granted a 20 foot utility easement. MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT Sansevere requested consideration be given that the agenda and the shorter applications at the top.
