VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />*9. 1331 NORTH ARM DRIVE — REQUEST TO REVISE RESOLUTION NO. 4026 — <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5437 1 <br />• <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to adopt <br />the Conditions of Resolution No. 4026 for pro] <br />VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br />Sansevere requested consideration be given that the <br />agenda and the shorter applications at the top. <br />OLUTION NO. 5437, a Resolution Amending <br />located at 1331 North Arm Drive. <br />applications be placed at the bottom of the <br />Sansevere recommended that the advertising process be waived for the appointment of the Planning <br />Commission and that Dick Kroger be appointed to the Planning Commission. <br />Murphy suggested that the planning commissioner be picked from the list that the City already has and <br />then advertise for alternates. <br />PAGE 25 of 27 <br />
