The representative <br />indicated the higher -end renters would tend to be located more at office complexes or retail rather than an <br />industrial park. <br />Johnson inquired whether the Council feels comfortable with what the industrial materials look like and <br />whether it would make sense to compile a list of three or four places that could be viewed. <br />Murphy stated the tip -up panels were used on both !fire stations and that he does not have a problem with <br />that type of material. <br />Shooney stated only a third of the building can actually be built out of standard industrial materials, <br />which is not economically feasible for a building of this type.
