Gaffron indicated if the <br />applicant submits the appropriate documents, the City would have a plan for the temporary disposal of the <br />fill that will specify the height of the dirt pile and other parameters for the time that the fill is sitting there. <br />Gaffron noted the present plan is not usable and requires more detail and engineering work before it can <br />be approved. <br />White expressed a concern for possible dirt blowing in the area and other issues that may not have been <br />given much consideration. <br />McMillan inquired how long it is anticipated the fill will remain. <br />.1 <br />PAGE 5 <br />
