CHANGE ORDER #3 — LEE CARLSON BASEBALL FIELD TRAIL PROJECT <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve Change Order No. 3, Lee Carlson Baseball Field <br />Trail Project for DMJ Contracting, Medina, Minnesota, in the amount of $4,700, to be funded from <br />the 2005 Municipal State Aid Fund Budget with approval of a budget adjustment to reflect this <br />expenditure. REQUEST FOR FINAL PAYMENT NAVARRE WATER TOWER REHABILITATION <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve Request for Final Payment for the Navarre Water <br />PP q _ Ym <br />Tower Rehabilitation Project to Classic Protective Coatings, Menomonie, Wisconsin, in the amount <br />of $10,486.55. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />#9. APPROVE MN/DOT MAINTENANCE;, AGREEMENTS RELATED TO THE <br />HIGHWAY 12 PROJECT — RESOLUTIONS ls.o. 5400 and 5401 <br />McMillan inquired whether the City is responsible l o mow around the ponds. <br />Moorse stated the City would not be mowing the buffer areas but would be maintaining whatever <br />vegetation is in the buffer area. <br />McMillan moved, Murphy seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5400, a Resolution Authorizing <br />the City of Orono to Enter into a Cooperative Agreement with MN/DOT Related to Bridge, Pond <br />and Trail Maintenance, and to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5401, 'a Resolution Authorizing the City <br />of Orono to Enter into a Cooperative Agreement with MN/DOT Related to Kenobi Pond <br />Main_ tenance and Operation. ;VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />Page 11 <br />
