Barrett stated the question becomes <br />whether it is still a home occupation if no business is being conducted outside of the storage of <br />equipment. <br />Gaffron stated in his opinion the storage of commercial equipment during the winter would be considered <br />a business. <br />Murphy moved that the Council finds that this is a home occupation that is prohibited under City <br />Code and that the property owners have 90 days from today's date to remove the equipment off <br />site. <br />Mrs. Cordes inquired whether the mower could be kept on site as well as the wood chipper for their <br />personal landscaping. <br />• Peterson stated they could be stored on site as long as it is used for personal reasons.
