Not conducive to grocery floor plan. <br /> Parking on both sides of building creating a confusing main entrance and probable <br /> inconvenience to cars pazked on wrong side. <br /> Difficult ingress/egress with single turn lane to eastbound traffic across busy traffic <br /> patterns. <br /> Mid-block.Non-signalized. <br /> Poor aesthetics, architecture and lay-out. <br /> Needs to be de-leased. <br /> OPINION: Poor option primarily because of building depth and length. Not functional for grocery <br /> store lay-out. Ingress&egress are difficult along with confusing parking field. Not <br /> pedestrian friendly. <br />
