Primary and alternate septic locations for each lot have been proposed. <br /> The proposed use appears to be in conformity with the CMP. <br /> Relationship to Surrounding Development <br /> This property lies within the RR — 1 B Rural Residential Zoning District which requires a <br /> minimum of two dry acres per lot. Similar 2-acret single family properties surround the <br /> subject property. <br />
