We require additional information to be submitted in order for our review to continue. <br /> In 2010 a permit was issued for an expansion of the kitchen and at that time the permitee and property owner were <br /> notified that further expansion projects on the property would require submittal of an updated survey. Please see the <br /> attached permit detail as well and the most current survey the City has on file for the property. The property is located <br /> in the shoreland overlay district and hardcover restrictions apply. I have included a map to illustrate that there may be a <br /> Manage 1 wetland on your property. Hardcover regulations can be found under City Code Section 78-1288 and the <br /> wetland regulations begin at City Code section 78-1601.
