Business Use License Standards Businesses required to be <br /> licensed under this section shall be sub�ect to the re uirements and erformance standards of the <br /> B-2 Zonina District and er the followin business use license standards: <br /> A. Insurance Re uired. Each business shall rovide certification of <br /> liabilirv insurance coveraQe for the duration of the license period. <br /> B, The primarv business operator on the propertv shall be the <br /> licenseholder and shall be res onsible for notifvinQ the Citv of anv and all businesses subleased <br /> on the remises. Such secondarv businesses shall not be se aratelv licensed but shall be allowed <br /> onlv when in conformance with the rovisions of the B-2 zonina district standards. <br /> C, O eration Standards. Each business licensee shall adhere to the <br /> followina minimum operation standards: <br /> 1. Parkina facilities on the site shall be mana�ed so as to <br /> eliminate traffic or arkinQ conaestion. eliminate illeQal on-street arkina. and avoid edestrian <br /> traffic throuQh neiQhborina propertv. <br /> 2. Boat enQine testin and charainQ shall be limited to the hours <br /> 8•00 a m to 6:00 p.m. <br /> 3. Retail sales and service shall be limited to the hours 7:00 <br /> a.m. to 10:00 .m. exce [ as necessarv to accommodate normal �shinQ ac[ivitv or rivate use <br /> of premises stored boats_ <br /> 4. The site shall be ke t neat and orderlv, and free of Qarbaae. <br /> 5. On land storaQe of boats shall be manaQed so as to eliminate <br /> anv view obstructions for traffic enterina and leavinQ the site. <br /> 6. Parkin� and on-land stora e of boats, trailers materials and <br /> e ui ment shall be limited to those locations shown on an approved site operation plan which <br /> plan shall be submirted or updated as part of the annual license application Such site operation <br /> lan shall also indicate seasonallv variable uses. <br /> 4 <br />
