Section 5.43 is hereby added as follows: SEC. �.43. �IARINA BUSItii 'ESS LICENSE. Subd. 1. Definitions. For the u ose of this section. the terms "Boat Sliv. Water". "Boat Sli Land" "Boat Sli Permanent". and "Boat Sli , Transient" shall have the meaninQs Qiven them in Section 5.42. The followina terms have the meaninQs Qiven them: p. "Business Use" means enQaQina in either a marina business or the business of dockina moorinQ or storinQ boats. B.
