No. 5 4 R 8____ <br /> ESYi <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCES <br /> TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 78-3�0 and 78-1288 <br /> FILE NO. 06-3184 <br /> � WHEREAS, Maureen Reilly Breckman, a single person (hereinafter "the <br /> — applicant") is the owner of the property located at 269� Casco Point Road within the City of <br /> `� Orono (hereinafter the"City") and legally described as follows: <br /> � � <br /> � � �-= — -, s Lot 3, Auditor's Subdivision No. 265 according to the plan on file and of record <br /> �-: ��?---`r in the Office of the County Recorder; Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter <br /> `� �"" the "property"); and <br /> `s � . <br /> � <br /> �� � �VHEREAS, the applicant has made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-350 to allo�v construction of a new <br /> residence on a property 19,572 s.f. in area and 60' in width where 21,780 s.f. in area and 100' of <br /> width are normally required; and <br /> �VHEIZEAS, the applicant has made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1288 to allow 249 s.f. of hardcover within <br /> the 0 -7�' zone where 0 s.f. is normally allowed, and 3,030 s.f. or 36.2% hardcover within tr�e <br /> 7�' — 2�0' zone where 2,645 s.f. or 2�% is normally allowed in conjunction with the <br /> construction of a new residence and to allo�v existing lake yard retaining walls to remain. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT I2ESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l. This application was reviewed as 7oning File 06-3184. <br /> 2.
