Concept Plan and Prelimiiiary Plat <br /> approvals will be documented by Council Resolution, which will include conditions and <br /> requirements under which General Development Plan, Fina1 Plat and Commercial Site Plan <br /> approvals will be granted. <br /> Your next step would then be to submit a General Development Plan application, including all <br /> plaus, specifications, doctunents, etc. in accordance with the conditions established in the <br /> Concept Plan and Preliminary Plat approval resolution. The General Development stage will <br /> include review by the City Council to deterrnine whether all requireinents established in the <br /> Concept Plan resolution have been met.
