Bremer inquired whether there is any hardcover that <br /> could be reduced on the turn-around. <br /> Kempf stated the boulder walls alongside the house are also not necessary. <br /> Jurgens stated in his opinion the 75-250 foot zone should be almost conforming given the large amount of <br /> nonstructural hardcover that exists in that zone. <br /> Jurgens inquired when the house was purchased: <br /> Smith stated the house is in the process of being purchased. <br /> Jurgens stated he would like to see a hardcover removal plan and that he does not want to approve the <br /> application until he sees that plan. Jurgens stated he would like to see the hardcover reduced to 25 <br /> percent in the 75-250 foot zone. <br /> � <br /> Bremer stated in her opinion it is not possible to reduce the hardcover to 25 percent. <br /> Jurgens commentecl the driveway in front of the house could be reduced. . � <br /> Eastman stated the hardcover is currently at 34 percent. <br /> PAGE 31 <br />
