Turner indicated because this is a Class III subdivision,this initial review is a sketch plan <br /> review. ' <br /> Rahn inquired whether the City Engineer has reviewed these plans. <br /> Turner stated the City Engineer had reviewed the initial plans and did provide some comments,which <br /> the applicant responded to.
