In these new plans,the existing house will be completely removed <br /> and a new two-story home of approximately the same 1250 square foot footprint area and oriented east- <br /> west rather than north-south would be constructed to meet the required 30 feet street setback.The two- <br /> story connecting link to the garage is still proposed. As a result of these revisions and the consideration <br /> of this site as a total replacement,the following variances are required: <br /> 1. .
