His comments are followed by our responses in italics. <br /> Grading/DrainageM/etlands � <br /> • Engineered design and details should be provided for the proposed retaining wall <br /> along the access road, as it is over 4 feet in height. <br /> Structural retaining wall plans will be provided to the City for all walls over 4-feet in <br /> height prior to their construction. <br /> • The grading plan shows numerous retaining walls in the area of the proposed <br /> townhomes. Some of these walls appear to cross lot lines, and some are greater <br /> than 4 feet in height. The applicant should provide engineered design and details <br /> for all walls over four feet in�height, as well as a staging plan showing howthe <br /> . walls will be constructed. <br /> Retaining walls have been revised to not cross lot lines and structural retaining wall <br /> plans will be provided to the City for all walls over 4-feet in height prior to their <br /> construction. A staging plan for wall construction has been provided on sheet C3.9. <br /> • It appears the proposed grading along the north side of the site will impact the <br /> existing horse trail.
