At that meeting the applicant discussed the <br /> requirements for construciing � lake access stair within the 0-75' zone. The applicant <br /> w�s told that a woodeil siair or otl�er type of stair merely "set into" the slope could be <br /> �pproved by Staff However, the type of stair the applicant proposed at the meeting <br /> required grading of an area to result in a landing break which ihe applicant was advised <br /> needed conditional use permit approval. ' <br /> rollowing the meeting an access stair was installed without proper permits.
