There would be <br /> no change in lot coverage. <br /> Proposal A includes nearly all the Staff recommended reductions in hardcover except tl�.e <br /> further reduction of the deck. Even after the praposed reduction in size the deck and <br /> porch would still be 900 square feet. <br /> The angled corner of the garage was necessary to comply with the ten foot setback. <br /> Issues for Consideration <br /> Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff would recommend approval of proposal B but with reduction in the size of tlle deck. <br />
