The council finds that the proposed use of the accessory structure with phmlbiug will not be <br /> detrimental to the resideiitial cliaracter of the neighborhood. <br /> b. The cottncil finds that the phuizbiiig fixtures proposed are iii keeping with the intended use of <br /> the accessory building. <br /> a The pro�erty is 2.0 acres in area or larger. , _ <br /> d. The accessory building is conforming in location, size aud height. . <br /> e. The property ow�.ier agrees to the f liiig of a covenant in ihe title of the property providing <br /> that the accessory bttildiiig will not be: . <br /> 1.
