It rises slightly in the first 70 feet from the street, drops back to street level in the next <br /> 50 feet, drops eight feet in the next 60 feet, is relatively flat for about 50 feet and then drops <br /> ten feet to the lake. <br /> The proposed house would be two stories with a lakeside walkout and an attached two-car <br /> garage. A basement below the garage would be used for storage. It would be accessed <br /> though an overhead door on the north side of the garage (the purpose of the retaining wall). <br /> Swales along the property lines would direct drainage from the portion of the lot that drains <br /> toward the lake around the house.
