The proposed new bituminous parking area is depicted on the � <br /> Site Plan attached as Exhibit C. The pole located at the center of the site replaces a pole ; <br /> that was removed when the parking lot elevation and grade was changed in <br /> ; 2005. The pole located south of the monument sign at the site entrance is � <br /> located approximately 30 feet south of the northern property line. Both poles are <br /> intended to display an American Flag. ' <br /> AMENDMENT TO APPROVED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CONCERNING ' <br /> OUTSIDE STORAGE AND DISPLAY DEFINITIONS . <br /> ; Applicant proposes to revise the existing conditions placed upon outside <br /> • storage and display of automobiles as follows: � <br /> ' r <br /> � <br /> Existinp Provisions: , <br /> 2. The individual storage area devoted to the parking of new vehicles and . <br /> finished vehicles ready for delivery to dealerships shall be limited to 250 <br /> parking spaces. The total display parking for vehicles shall be limited to the 40 at the <br /> north ends of the parking lofs. The industrial zoning district does not permit retail sales in the industrial <br /> district.
