T-he_City.Co.uncil took no formal:action on this item. � - . .._..�, ,.... ._ <br /> ..... ,..�..._. ,._, �, _. <br /> ___-.--. .._. ,_.�..... ,. .._ , ___. ,W..4 <br /> 8. #06-3176 MARK GAYLORD AND LORI ANDERSON,325I CASCO CIRCLE— � <br /> VARIANCE—RESOLUTION NO.5436 <br /> Mark Gaylord and Lori Anderson,Applicants,were present. <br /> Sansevere stated the only issue outstanding appears to be the easement. <br /> White stated the applicants' sensitivity to the City's desire to have the design fix the neighborhood should <br /> be recognized. <br /> McMillan concuned that the applicants took some good steps to make their proposed residence fit into the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> McMillan inquired where the easement is located. <br /> Gaffron illustrated the location of the easement on the overhead. <br /> Sansevere inquired whether the applicants are opposed to the easement. <br /> Ms.Anderson stated they are not opposed to it. <br /> White moved,Sansevere seconded,to adopt RESOLUTION NO.5436, a Resolution granting <br /> variances for the property located at 3251 Casco Circle,with the condition that the City be granted <br /> a 20 foot utility easement. VOTE: Ayes 4,Nays 0. - - - - - <br /> *9. 1331 NORTH ARM DRIVE—REQUEST TO REVISE RESOLUTION NO.4026— <br /> RESOLUTION NO.5437 <br /> Murphy moved,Sansevere seconded,to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5437,a Resolution Amending <br /> the Conditions of Resolution No.4026 for property located at 1331 North Arm Drive. <br /> VOTE: Ayes 4,Nays 0. <br /> MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br /> Sansevere requested consideration be given that the longer applications be placed at the bottom of the <br /> agenda and the shorter applications at the top. <br /> Sansevere recommended that the advertising process be waived for the a�pointment of the Planning <br /> Commission and that Dick Kroger be appointed to the Planning Commission. <br /> Murphy suggested that the planning commissioner be picked from the list that the City already has and <br /> then advertise for alternates. <br /> PAGE 25 of 27 <br />
