The representative indicated they . <br /> would like to see some resolution to this item. • <br /> Sansevere suggested taking item No. 8 on the agenda first and then return to this item. <br /> McMillan inquired whether it would be helpful to have a list of materials and addresses. <br /> Shooney stated he would be happy to provide a list of materials and addresses of projects that he would <br /> like the Council to visit. <br /> The Ryan Companies representative stated the material issue is the one final unresolved piece and that <br /> they would like to have it resolved. � <br /> White suggested tabling this item and requested that Shooney provide a list of materials and addresses. <br /> Greg White submitted his written comments to the Council. <br /> Murphy stated the parties somehow need to reach an agreement on this subject and that it was his <br /> understanding this issue was resolved at the last work session. <br /> Sansevere stated he is open to considering changing that part of the ordinance but that he does not want to <br /> . decide on it tonight. <br /> The Ryan Companies representative indicated that if the code is written restricting the materials,it would <br /> - be that way for future councils and any building that is up for sale or being remodeled. The representative <br /> indicated the uncertainty of whether a conditional use permit may be obtained makes it difficult for a <br /> person to purchase, develop,or redevelop property in this district. <br /> Murphy stated the reason the City hired a consultant was to get an independent view and that the Council <br /> understands their position raised tonight. <br /> Gaffron stated the conditional use permit was included as an option to allow the developers to have a mix <br /> of materials. <br /> Greg White stated that was not an outcome of the work session. White indicated at the conclusion of the <br /> work session it was left that Ryan was going to propose some language that was to be reviewed by Staff. <br /> �- Shooney indicated he did provide that language. � - -• - �- -- - - <br /> Brolcl noted that language was incorporated. <br /> Shooney stated in his view it is reasonable to take a different view and require different percentages. <br /> Murphy suggested this item be discussed at the next work session. <br /> PAGE 24 of 27 <br />
