As 1 mentioned, we need to <br /> amend our variance request based on the following: <br /> • Originally presented single story option; requesting ability to add a second story. <br /> o Space would be built in the future with potentially two additional classrooms, or <br /> one additional classroom and an assembly area. <br /> . o Students per classroom = 15 <br /> • Originally expansion foot print was width of existing building x 30'; requesting same <br /> � width with 40' projection to allow for the addition of a fire-protected stair tower. <br /> o This is for life-safe�r purposes, and not incremental students or program space. <br /> I have enclosed the following documentation for your review: ' <br /> ' • Updated survey showing the revised footprint and new handicap ramp <br /> ' • Color artist renditions of single story and two story options <br /> • Floor plans for expansion area <br /> I understand you will be presenting this to City Council on Monday, February 13ih, then referring <br /> to Planning Commission in March. We are scheduled to begin construction no later then May 1St, <br /> and would benefit greatly by being able to start in/April.
