� MTNUT�S OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANIVING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> ` Tuesday,January 17,2006 <br /> 6:00 o'clock�.m. <br /> Leslie stated he does not understand the iss�ie with the driveway, <br /> Johnson stated a long time ago there rvas a caniage home down by the lake and that the sellers of the <br /> property wanted to preserve access to the caniage home. Easements were created over the Wagener <br /> property. At the time sanitaiy sewer was required,a joint driveway easement was created and that <br /> became the primary access�oint to all the llonles. Johnson stated Wagener has been in possession of ihe <br /> property since 1980 and that no one has made any effort to use the easement since then. <br /> Bremer stated that item is really not at issue in this application auy longer. <br /> There�vere no fiuther public comments regarding this application. <br /> Bremer indicated the Planning Comniission deals with unique sihiations and that in her opinion it would . <br /> be helpful Co visit the Wagener property to see if there would be an impact on the vie�v. Bremer stated . . <br /> she would be in favor of lowering the house further,�vhich would address the issue with ihe vie.r,v of the . <br /> lake. � . � • <br /> Bremer stated she does not have a problem witll the fill,but that an agreement would need to be reached <br /> with the Wageners to allow fill r�vithin five feet of the lot line. <br /> Winlcey indicated he does not have a problem with the amount of fill proposed except t11e fill within F'ive <br /> feet of the lot line.
