Applicant has worked with staff and the City Engineer to <br /> �develop plaiis which address the previously noted issues. The City Engineer's corruizents <br /> dated January 17 were reviewed witli tlie applicant on Jauuary 24, and the plans dated 2- <br /> 2-06 are under review by the City Engiiieer.
