This usually occurs at one meeting. <br /> 5. The City Council will make a decision after considering the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation, comments made at the public hearing, and the interests of the City. This <br /> usually takes one or two meetirigs. <br /> 6. If Council approves vacation the City records a resolution setting out Council's decision with <br /> the Hennepin Country Recorder or Registrar of Titles. <br /> Also enclosed are a schedule with the application deadlines highlighted and map that may help <br /> you explain the situation to the neighbors when you ask them to sign the application.
