Based on <br /> plans and elevations provided by your office, I have analyzed and designed the structural framing <br /> system for the addition, consisting of rafters, joists, beams, headers and supporting posts. I have <br /> also considered the foundation sizes and reinforcing necessary to support the new structure. The <br /> modification of the existing house (removal and replacement of roof structure) also required a few <br /> framing members. I have provided you with the resulting information which you have transferred <br /> to your architectural documents. Details/sections created by your office have been reviewed and <br /> structural notes have been added as necessary. I have provided you with a set of Structural <br /> Notes which should be included with the plan package. <br /> I will be available to visit the site during construction, if necessary.
