3. There appears to be a 6.7 foot elevation difference between the spot elevations near the northwest corner of the <br /> home. There is a window well indicated however, the low spot elevation appears to be outside of it. Ciarification <br /> is required. <br /> Also, the survey contains a lot of information and the details of the survey are somewhat lost in all of the extra notations, <br /> spot elevations, etc. Please submit a more legible as-built survey showing the as-built topography, improvements, etc <br /> (remove excessive spot elevations, and other notations).
