All persons with an interest must sign the resolutions. Please note that <br /> building permits for new construction cannot commence until the resolutions have been fully <br /> executed. Applications involving penalty building pernaits where structures have already been <br /> installed, applicants are asked to proceed immediately with execution of the resolutions and filing <br /> of the building permit application. If applicants are unable to visit the office between the regular <br /> business hours, you are asked to contact Lin Vee, the Deputy Clerk, 473-7357 to make other <br /> arrangements. <br /> Variance Approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the approval <br /> resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance <br /> approval expires one year after date of approval. A building permit application must be <br /> submitted no later than September 12, 1995. <br /> Based on the comments of Tim Feyo at the Council meeting of September 12th advising that <br /> both Schoell & Madson and DeMars-Gabriel surveyors met at the site and conf'u�med that the <br /> cunent survey submitted by you for this review was the most accurate survey. Any future <br /> property boundary disputes between neighbors should be resolved through possible <br /> registration/torrens of property. <br /> ch <br />
