Provide metal L-trim where gypsum board abutts w/ a dissimilar <br /> material, typically hardwood surfaces, keep joint clean of material. <br /> 3. All work shall be performed by experienced & skilled installers in <br /> accordance w/ USG recomm. standards & practices, & provide all products <br /> required for complete installation. (TCA), Handbook for Ceramic Tile Installation, latest edition; to <br /> ANSI requirements, & Federal Spec. SS-T-308b. <br /> 1.4 Tile Materials - Include costs in Base Bid for the following tile materials & all <br /> labor for a complete installation. <br /> 1. Master Bathroom 103. <br /> a. Floor, base, shower floor, shower wall - provide cost allowance of <br /> $4.50/sq. ft. for tile material. <br /> 2. Master Bathroom 104. <br /> a.
