Provide new rim joist for direct bearing support for new LPI floor joists; <br /> provide 2 - 2x12's anchored to existing foundation walls w/ 3/4" sleeve <br /> anchors at 12" o.c. Backfill elsewhere against foundations to be <br /> compacted to 90% of Standard Proctor Density (ASTM 698). Place in loose <br /> lifts not exceeding 12" & compacted w/ manually operated vibrating plate <br /> compactors. <br /> 10. 4" concrete slab on grade, reinforce w/ 6x6 10/10 WWM or #4's @ 18" o.c. <br /> bottom, each way. Provide control joints as shown or required, joints to <br /> be separated deep enough to control cracking, use 1/4" radius trowel, at <br /> decorative slab work. Provide expansion joints as shown or required. <br /> #10A - Concrete step(s), reinforce w/ #4's @ 12" o.c. bottom, each way. <br /> #10B - 4" concrete slab hearth, span across chimney foundation walls & <br /> cantilever under brick hearth above; reinforce w/ #4's @ 12" o.c. each way. <br /> 11.
