This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1415. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B Single Family <br /> Lakeshore Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application <br /> on June 19, 1989, and recommended partial approval of the <br /> proposed variances on a vote of 4-1 , based upon the <br /> following findings: <br /> A) The applicants indicate the pool plan as submitted <br /> is not the final plan, and was intended to alert the <br /> Planning Commission as to the applicants' intent for <br /> f uture deve 1 opment of the property.
