RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies <br /> and one (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br /> a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Ted <br /> Remna of Schoell and Madson, Inc. dated February 20, <br /> 1989, revised June 13, 1989. <br /> b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' <br /> wide along all perimeter property lines and 5' each <br /> side of internal property lines - omit along the sides <br /> of the lot lines adjacent to wetlands. <br /> c ) All wetland areas to be shown as drainage <br /> easements. Include wetlands not included in original <br /> lot line rearrangement with property to the east. <br /> • d) Dedication of right-of-way as shown on preliminary <br /> survey, limiting the maximum right-of-way width to 66' <br /> of width for County Road 84 and County Road 51. <br /> � Page 2 of 4 . <br />
