� o� <br /> o _,,, o <br /> �a��� CITY of ORONO <br /> � �� � <br /> ��, � � ::�i�,.� G.� <br /> ��� O4� RESOLUNOON OF TH� C�IT��OUNCIL <br /> ESH <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR LAND ALTERATION <br /> PER SECTION 78-966 <br /> FII.E NO. 10-3476 <br /> WHEREAS, the David A. Netjes Revocable Trust under Agreement dated <br /> June 9, 2006, (hereinafter "the Owner") is the owner of the property located at 550 East Long <br /> Lake Road (hereinafter "the Property") within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and <br /> legally described on the attached Exhibit A; and <br /> WI3EREAS, Owner has made application to the City for a conditional use <br /> permit for land alteration in excess of 500 cubic yards in order to re-b ade the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota atatutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a pubLc hearing on July 19, 2010, at which time all persons desiring to be <br /> heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THERLFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#10-3476. <br /> 2. The City Engineer has reviewed the plans and finds them acceptable. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission reviewed this application on July 19, ZO10 and on a <br /> vote of � - 0 found that with conditions the application will satisfy the <br /> requirements for granting a conditional use permit. <br /> 4. The City Council has considered this application including the findings and <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports by City staff, <br /> comments by the Owner and the public, and the effect of the proposed <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
